Beginner
If you're just starting to run — this shoe isn't for you. The Adios Pro 4 is a 'racing/high-performance' shoe: the midsole is very soft, highly responsive, and the outsole design prioritizes propulsion and rolling motion. It's not suitable for runners whose landing is still unstable or who are still figuring out their stride.
For beginners with unstable foot strikes or those accustomed to jogging/walking, it may actually cause discomfort in the feet/knees.
