Full-length Lightstrike Pro supercritical foam midsole
The Adizero EVO SL EXO is the exoskeleton-reinforced lightweight elite version of adidas's EVO SL family, designed for medium-pace group runs and long-distance training. It features a full-length Lightstrike Pro supercritical foam midsole delivering excellent rebound and lasting cushioning. The exoskeleton-reinforced engineered mesh upper uses a honeycomb structure to stabilize the foot, maintaining fit and support at high speeds. A 33mm forefoot / 39mm heel stack with 6mm drop suits midfoot strikers from intermediate to advanced. At around 235g it feels light and responsive, while the full-length rubber outsole ensures grip on wet roads and asphalt. Positioned as a plated-free daily trainer upgrade, it's ideal for runners seeking lightweight pop and stable support.
