User Review Summary

Pros:
Excellent cushioning/protection/shock absorption — especially friendly for those with knee or foot stress.
Comfortable, stable, good fit + rocker geometry for smooth long-distance, jogging, recovery runs.
Versatile — daily wear, commuting, jogging, long-distance training, walking.

Limitations:
Propulsion/rebound/responsiveness not on par with speed shoes/racing shoes/carbon-plated shoes.
Midsole is traditional CMEVA foam, not the latest PEBA/high-rebound materials.
Those used to lower stack or ground feel may find the thick sole + high drop a bit "floaty."
