Partially recommended. At just 220g the Liberate Nitro is very light, with modest cushioning and support. For those just starting out without much leg strength, it may prove a little demanding. It suits runners with some base (3+ months of consistent running, around 80km monthly) moving into wanting a light, brisk ride. Its 20/28mm stack sits close to the ground and encourages natural gait. Start with short distances and extend as your feet adapt.
